I can’t seem to transfer any music to my Razor phone, it says FTP service not available on target device.?

Help, everytime I try to send a file, it says that FTP service not available on target device which is my Motorola Razor phone. I know there must be someway to send music as a ringtone to my phone….Please HELP!!!!
