I am looking for something that is hopefully FREE! The web host i have does not have ftp access. I upload things to my site through Microsoft Frontpage so the software must not require FTP access.

cPanel includes MySQL, PHP, and FTP. I need to host my website and everything.

Is there any way I can use my own PC to host my website? Im using Windows XP not Linux. I thought Linux can only do this?

My Core FTP is set up to use with my previous e-mail provider. Does Yahoo have a host IP/URL? If so, what are the setting for my connection in Core FTP?

For years I have been using deluxFTP to upload files to my website. They have decided to remove telnet and ftp privileges in favor of secure protocols, which I completely agree with. The problem is I cannot get it to work. I am using the exact same login, host name and password that I have used for years, which I have been told has not changed. It tells me that my host does not exist. Is there anyway to find the correct host name from my already loaded site? I really need to upload something and IT is not really helping much.

trys to connect but comes back saying host name is not correct – I even tried ftp://my.msn.com but did not work –Question – after I installed CuteHTML – I got a spyware message saying Aureate was found and blocked – does Aureate have anything to do with CuteHTML? Thank You
