I need to get file dates from files in a folder via FTP. The DIR shows only MMM dd and time. Any way to get YY
I need to replace files that I upload via FTP when newer files are available. My DIR to disk shows only information like SEP 29 15:45 filename. Is there a way to retrieve the full file date?

How can I setup remotely a Linux Base FTP?
Uhmm, I just want to know how to setup a system of file transfer that can copy and delete files from a server(Windows or Linux OS) to a client(Linux Knoppix) remotely via internet. The internet has all the information about it, but there is no concrete solution. Its only bits of information that cant be sew. If anyone know how to do this. Please let me know. Thank You
