How much information is available within ISP logs? Please read full question.?
Now, my question is whether the information cumulated changes whether it’s HTTP, FTP or other links. I assume they keep to which IP information is being transfered, but what else? What do headers contain? How different are logs from the web and logs from a game?
How can I bypass college ISP restrictions?
The college that I will be attending soon has a very restricted ISP. It monitors everything, blocks many sites, will not allow web-based email, will not allow ftp, does not work with torrent downloads, etc. How can I bypass some or preferably all of this?

I have a pc at home using damn small linux. its only a pentium 166 with 64mb of ram. how do I set up an ftp server in this machine? My ISP gave me a static IP so there’s no problem looking for my linux box at home. I just need to know the basic conf settings and what program to use in DSL. thanks!
