Speed FTP

I host a site with a photo gallery is there a way i can get visitors to upload photos to this gallery.

I have thought about them emailing them to me first but this is informal.

Maybe an upload button that uploads them to the ftp, so i can easily add them later.

I am working as webdisigner.The problem is when i connect phone directly to my system then i couldnt access FTP . I am using cute FTP for uploading.When i connect this system to other computer through local area net work connection then there is no problem. Its working properly. The problem occured only when i connect phone directly to my system. Why this happening..

I used to be able to ftp my website and see icons of my files. I could then either double click to open the appropriate program OR DRAG and DROP them to the desktop, edit and then slide them back into the open FTP window for uploading. I can no longer do that. any ideas???

I have an FTP Server which I use a program for its called WinFtp Server but for uploading a 1.4 megabyte photograph or anything thats small like 1-2 megabyes, it takes about 6-10 minutes just to upload! Does anyone have any advice on how to speed up the uploading???
you mean the people that I have my internet with? becasue i have the ftp server to unlimited everything
