ok i feel pretty silly asking a question which aint that hard but i just can’t get it my website to upload. i use a mac and downloaded an FTP called ‘captain’ but everytime it tries to connect it says ’software caused connection abort’. is there any other way to upload your site? thanks!

want to to have my data on my website backup just in case I lose something or need archives to send someone or switch webhost

I use Front Page for a web site. I want to add pictures. I previously had pics on the site under the link “pictures”. I deleted those pics to make room for the new ones. I can not remember how to get the pics on the website. I am using LEAP FTP for uploads. I remember typing the text then hyperlinking the pic, but basically, I need a step by step guide on how to get the pics up

I got an account from dyndns.org and got XXXXXXXXXXX.dyndns.org (domain). I have no idea how to set up web server. I used apache and tried ftp server but when i type in XXXXXXXXXX.dyndns.org it will take me to the router log in page. How can i make it go to my computers server?
I port forwarded the ports on the router 21(ftp) and 80 for http server and tried without forward but still no luck and tried others.
